“MY BUSINESS” is a digital PDF document containing curated booking contacts for performers.

The product:

  • Is delivered in digital format (PDF).
  • Is accessible via download after successful payment.
  • Does not include physical shipment.
  • Does not include personalized consulting unless explicitly stated.

Access is granted for personal professional use only.

3. Price

The product is sold at a one-time price of $99 USD.

UPLEVI reserves the right to change the price at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

4. Digital Delivery

After successful payment via Stripe:

  • The customer is redirected to a download page.
  • Access is provided immediately.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Enter a valid email address.
  • Download and securely store the file.

UPLEVI is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect email entry.
  • Loss of file after download.
  • Technical issues caused by the customer’s device, software, or internet connection.

5. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for personal professional purposes.

You may:

  • Use the contacts to promote and book your own performances.

You may NOT:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reproduce the file.
  • Upload the file to any public or private platform.
  • Use the contacts for mass resale or database creation.
  • Claim authorship of the content.

Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

6. No Guarantee of Results

UPLEVI provides access to booking contacts.

UPLEVI does NOT guarantee:

  • That you will get booked.
  • That you will receive responses.
  • That any contact will engage with you.
  • Any specific income, performance contract, or career result.

Success depends entirely on:

  • Your positioning
  • Your offer
  • Your communication
  • Your professionalism
  • Your follow-up

You acknowledge that results vary.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

UPLEVI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • The request must be submitted via email to support.
  • The customer must clearly state the reason for dissatisfaction.

Refunds are granted if the customer demonstrates that the product does not provide relevant value for their professional activity.

UPLEVI reserves the right to:

  • Refuse abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith refund requests.
  • Refuse refunds if evidence shows misuse or redistribution of the product.

Once a refund is issued:

  • The license is immediately revoked.
  • Continued use of the product is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included in “MY BUSINESS” is the intellectual property of UPLEVI.

This includes:

  • Structure
  • Selection and organization of contacts
  • Branding
  • Text
  • Layout

Unauthorized copying or distribution constitutes infringement and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

UPLEVI shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Loss of income
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product ($99).

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing, you agree to contact UPLEVI support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback while retaining access to the product constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in:

  • Permanent ban
  • Evidence submission to the payment processor
  • Legal action if necessary

11. Modifications

UPLEVI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
